Steady, nurturing support through your early postpartum weeks

I am a Holistic Postpartum Doula, here to walk with you through the first months of parenthood. Supporting Melbourne based Mums.

Nourished & Held provides consistent, hands-on support for parents seeking rest, reassurance, and deeper guidance in baby care, postpartum recovery, and emotional adjustment.

This package includes:

• 1 pre-birth session to chat all things birth and postpartum prep (1.5hrs duration)
• 3 in-home postpartum visits (3 hours each) used over the first 6 months of baby's arrival
  - 1 meal, 1 snack and 1 herbal tea or wellness drink per visit (serves 2)
  - Ongoing guidance and reassurance around newborn care, routines, and developmental cues
  - Hands-on baby support, including infant massage and baby yoga
  - Emotional support to normalise and honour the transitions of parenthood
  - Light household assistance to support your recovery and daily flow
  - Herbal, nutritional, and wellness guidance tailored to your postpartum needs
• Resources, referrals, and community connection
• Text and email support between visits
• Visits available in your home or in my Croydon space, travel included in package price anywhere in Melbourne, VIC
• 'New Mumma' Care Package on first visit
• Optional Add-On Visits: Additional visits can be scheduled as needed for $250
