Prepare for birth and postpartum with intention, clarity, and deep-rooted support.

These personalised sessions are guided by my Birth Tree and Postpartum Tree frameworks - living maps that help you feel grounded, informed, and empowered as you move through one of life’s most transformative seasons.

If you choose both Birth and Postpartum preparation sessions, they will be across x2 two hour sessions.

Whether we meet in person or virtually, this space is designed to nurture your confidence, calm your fears, and help you grow strong roots before your baby arrives.

Birth Preparation Session:

During our 2 hr session together, we cover:

  • Understanding how physiological birth unfolds

  • What to expect during each stage of labor

  • Pain-coping tools and comfort techniques

  • Nervous system regulation and mindset preparation

  • Releasing fear and building trust in your body

  • Partner/support person roles and communication strategies

  • Navigating common interventions and informed decision-making

  • Creating flexible birth preferences

  • Advocacy skills within hospital, birth center, or home settings

  • Preparing for the unexpected with confidence and adaptability

You’ll leave with practical tools, clarity around your options, and a preparation plan that feels aligned with your values.

Postpartum Preparation Session:

Together, in our 2 hr session, we prepare for:

  • Physical recovery and healing

  • Hormonal shifts and emotional changes

  • Nervous system support during the fourth trimester

  • Creating a realistic rest and nourishment plan

  • Feeding options and early newborn rhythms

  • Partner involvement and bonding

  • Building and organising your support network

  • Boundary setting with family and visitors

  • Planning for household responsibilities

  • Returning to work or redefining daily life

You’ll walk away with a thoughtful, personalised postpartum care plan that centres you as much as your baby.
