The Mahina Discovery Session is a gentle space for us to meet, connect, and explore the kind of support you may be seeking during pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. During this 30 minute session, you’re invited to share where you are in your motherhood journey, ask any questions you may have, and learn more about the ways I support mothers and families. 

My approach is holistic and nurturing, supporting not only the practical aspects of pregnancy and postpartum, but also your emotional wellbeing, confidence, and connection to your own inner wisdom as a mother.

Discovery sessions are offered online via video call or in person in Croydon, Victoria, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
There is no pressure, simply a warm conversation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
