I am a Holistic Postpartum Doula, here to support you through the first weeks/months of life with your newborn, anywhere in Melbourne, Victoria.

Luna Beginnings offers a nurturing introduction to postpartum life, blending emotional guidance, hands-on baby care, and light household support - giving you space to rest, bond, and feel held.

This package includes:

• 1 pre birth session to chat all things birth and postpartum preparation (1.5 hr duration)
• 2 postpartum in-home visits (3 hours duration in your home or in my Croydon space)
  - One wholesome meal, one snack and one herbal tea crafted to support your postpartum recovery and wellbeing
  - Guidance and reassurance around newborn care, including soothing, sleep cues, and gentle routines
  - Hands-on baby settling support, including infant massage and yoga
  - Emotional support to normalise the transitions of motherhood
  - Light household assistance related to your baby and recovery
  - Herbal support through steams, tonics, foot baths and more
  - Resources, referrals, and community connection
• Text and email support between visits
• Travel included anywhere in Melbourne, VIC
• 'New Mama' Care Package on first meeting
• Optional Add-On Visits: Additional 2-hour visits can be scheduled as needed for $250 each.
