A nurturing in-home holistic postpartum doula package designed to honour your recovery, nourish your body, and gently support your transition into motherhood. 

The early weeks after birth are a time to be held, nourished and cared for.
Inspired by traditional postpartum practices from around the world, The Sanctuary creates space for you to rest, recover and settle into life with your baby while receiving compassionate, practical and emotional support in the comfort of your own home.

Whether you need an extra pair of hands, a listening ear, nourishing rituals, or simply someone to care for you while you care for your baby, each visit is thoughtfully tailored to your family’s unique needs.

* Complimentary connection call
* One 2-hour in-home postpartum preparation session before birth
* Three 3-hour in-home postpartum support sessions
* Emotional support and guidance
* Newborn care support
* Baby feeding support
* Nourishing food and custom herbal support
* Light household support
* Rest and recovery support
* Opportunity to incorporate Mahina bodywork rituals into our time together, where appropriate

Investment: $1,500 - 50% deposit required on booking, and remaining balance due by 36 weeks gestation.
